An aspiring deputy secretary for the NPP in the Savannah Region; Mr Kadiri A. Rahaman has made a passionate appeal to delegates of his party ahead of the May 20th regional delegates conference. He appealed to delegates to assemble a formidable team that will work hard to secure victory for the party in the 2020 elections and beyond.
He admonished that delegates should put aside their personal parochial interest and think about the party first because any mistake committed could not be undone until after four years.
Mr Rahaman was confident that his broad interaction with party faithful during his campaign has given him an indepth understanding of the challenges confronting the party at the grassroots level. He expressed his commitment to ensure those challenges were addressed squarely to bring respite to the grassroots even if it meant meeting the NEC or even the president God willing when he’s given the nod.

Mr Rahaman, who is a former SRC president of the university of education was confident that his wide range of experience from both partisan level and academia kept him better placed to prosecute his office duties with finesse.
The aspiring deputy secretary expressed his believe in the delegates saying “I Rahaman, is a firm believer in our honourable delegates and can vouch for their wisdom and sophistication when it comes to matters of this nature any day. I trust in your judgement and also your passion to see the party grow in the region”
He made a sincere appeal to delegates to endorse him for the deputy secretary job come 20th May, 2019 “Dear delegate, I appeal to you to kindly endorse me for the regional deputy secretary office to enable me bring into fruition my vision and blueprint for the party. I promise with all sincerity never to let you down” he stated.
