She made the donation when she visited injured persons at the 37 Military Hospital on Wednesday.
“As the MP, it is my first duty to come around and visit those injured,” she said.
MP for Ningo-Prampram, Sam George and some NDC party members were beaten by National Security personnel last Thursday during the by-election.
The attacks have widely been condemned.
The Minority boycotted swearing-in of the Lydia on Tuesday in protest of the violence that rocked the by-election.
Prior to walking out of the swearing-in ceremony, the minority waved papers which read “bloody widow,” an action NDC’s Kumbungu MP, Ras Mubarak, vehemently defended.

But Lydia Seyram Alhassan says she’s forgiven the Minority MPs who described her as a bloody widow.
The Minority in Parliament earlier on Tuesday stormed the police headquarters in Accra in solidarity with Sam George who suffered in the hands of the security forces deployed to provide security at the election.
The Minority MPs further called on the police to arrest perpetrators of the attacks.
